RALLY 65 (GROUP HIIT)

Get ready to sweat, smile, and feel present with Eli's 65-minute group HIIT classes! With a maximum of eight participants, you'll experience the perfect blend of cardio and strength training. Each day brings a new focus, from upper body to lower body to full body. We keep things challenging but adaptable, with options for all fitness levels. Each minute matters in our sessions; with around 10 minutes of warm-up and 5 minutes of cool down, you'll dive into 50 minutes of high-intensity work, pushing your limits and maximizing every moment. These workouts are less hands-on, so if you're looking for more personalized attention, check out our individual or small group strength training sessions. Join us for a fun and effective workout that will leave you feeling energized, accomplished, and grateful!
