  • Our class format is designed to maximize your workout by alternating between cardio and strength training. Upon arrival, participants will have the opportunity to select their starting station—either cardio or strength training—by signing their name on the whiteboard outside the gym. This choice is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving a few minutes early to secure your preferred starting point. During the class, you will switch between the two types of exercises, ensuring a balanced and comprehensive workout.

  • A water bottle, sneakers (relatively clean please!), dress appropriately for half the workout being outside, and of course, yourself! No equipment needed.

  • Our Rally 65 classes are 65 minutes: 10 minutes of warm-up to get the blood flowing, 50 minutes of hard work, 5 minutes for stretching, cool-down, and gratitude for one another!

    Our Side by Side Strength sessions are an hour long.

  • Yes, please sign up for a class or personal training session beforehand through our website. If you arrive without signing up for the class, there is no guarantee that there will be enough room for you in the class.

  • Don’t worry. We love beginners! All exercises are kept simple, heaviness of weights are up to you, and modified exercises will always be offered. We will push you, but push you in the right way, and that way will vary for all!

  • Depending on your plan, you can from once a week, to several times a day (that would be A LOT). Four times per week is ideal for most bodies, and you can always choose what days and parts of your body you want to focus on. Finding the right mix between pushing yourself and getting stronger, as well as not overdoing it, is the perfect medium. We can help you find that sweet spot!

  • Don’t worry. Don’t let the money stop you from getting stronger, building a healthy routine and habits, and most importantly, joining our community. If you’re interested in this experience, reach out to us, we can make sure it's affordable for you, whatever that may be.

  • First class is free for all! If they have been before, they can either buy a single class, OR you can use one of your classes on them (unless you have the unlimited plan).

  • Please consult your physician to determine what types of exercise are safe for you and modify as needed if you choose to join.

  • Please consult directly with Eli. Any participants under 18 will need a parent or guardian with them to sign a waiver before their first session.

  • We’re on rain or shine!

  • Sorry, we don’t offer refunds! However, if you have any concerns regarding your purchase, please contact us directly, and we'll do our best to address your issue promptly.

  • To cancel or change your appointment, please use the "Cancel/Change appointment" button provided in the confirmation email you received when signing up for the class.

    If something comes up, and you can’t make it to a class, just make sure to remove yourself from the class 12 hours before the start of the class or you will lose a class from your pack/single purchase.
